What counts toward my plan's monthly entrant limit?

Every new entrant in any of your giveaways counts toward your plan's monthly allowance, including customers added by Auto Sign-up and people imported from a CSV. Someone who joins two giveaways counts once for each. Above the limit your giveaways keep running, but new entrants are locked until you upgrade.

When does the count reset?
- Free plan: the month is the calendar month.
- Paid plans: the month follows your billing cycle, and a free trial counts as one period.
What happens when I reach my plan's limit?
Your giveaways keep running and people can still enter, but entrants above the limit are locked:
- Their email, name and phone number are masked in your dashboard.
- They're left out of the Draw Winners audience. The wizard tells you how many entrants it excluded.
- They aren't sent to Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Zapier or your other integrations.
Warnings: you get an in-app notification and an email when you reach 80% of the allowance and again at 100%, once per period for each.
Unlocking: upgrading to a plan with a bigger allowance unlocks every locked entrant straight away. Locks don't expire when a new period starts, and downgrading neither locks nor unlocks anyone.
